Description

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of the supply and installation of Fire Alarms and Associated Works to Cockram Court and William Robins Court Swindon
Project Description
The contractor will be required to undertake the work which is more particularly detailed in the tender documentation with a brief outline below:
Cockram Court - Details of Work
• Supply and Installation of a mixed grade addressable fire alarm system
• Design of cabling routes and encasement

William Robins Court - Details of Work
• Upgrade existing lighting installations and controls
• Supply and Installation of a new analogue addressable fire alarm system
• Rewiring existing small power circuits to communal spaces
• Design of cabling routes and encasement
The contract term will be 20 weeks
Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.
Swindon Borough Council will also be allocating two dates for site visits (19th/26th Feb 2020). Please see section 3 of the Invitation to Tender Document (ITT) for details of how to register to attend.
