Description
A single stage D & B Contractor is being sought through a restricted OJEU procurement process to undertake detail design and construction of a new 2FE primary school and all weather pitch on the Arborfield Green development in Wokingham Borough.
The Council is looking to submit a full planning application for the proposed scheme by end of March 2018.
The D & B Contractor will be required to develop the detail design from planning stage, in consultation with the relevant stakeholders and construct the completed facilities, including relevant external works including a 3G pitch by Spring 2020.
Possesion of site by the appointed contractor is expected to be 19th November 2018.
The facility must be ready for operator fit out use by 1st June 2020.
