Description
Surrey and Borders Partnership would like a fully Managed Print Service. The aim of this contract is to have a supplier who can provide a fully Managed Print Service inclusive of print, copy, scan, fax and follow-me functionality, device supply, installations, moves, additions, removals, software and service support. The main project objectives are supporting the digital strategy to go towards a paperless solution, cost savings and other efficiencies. The Authority requires a mechanism to track cost on print, access to management information and have a fully managed service for the end users to log and raise issues, while ensuring improved documented workflows. The contract duration is a four (4) year contract, with three (3) 12 month extensions.
