Description
The University of Worcester is seeking to appoint a Structural and Civil Engineer for the development of the International Inclusive Cricket & Education Centre on its Severn Campus in Worcester.
The University's vision is to expand the existing Severn Campus via the creation of an inclusive indoor Cricket and Education Centre. The University wishes to appoint a Structural and Civil Engineering Consultancy with the relevant experience to develop the Concept plans to obtain planning permission, prepare information to allow a contractor to be appointed, work with the University and appointed Contractor to discharge all pre-commencement conditions and to develop the design until completion and during 6 months after practical completion monitor the performance of the main and inclusive hall floors under playing conditions, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and value for money.
