Description

The required works will be to allow a further year of occupancy in the existing temporary Quest Academy building in Nuneaton. The works will consist of forming new internal partition walls and doorways and associated electrical works around access control to the first, second floor and adjacent unit.

A single lead Contractor capable of delivering building and electrical works will be required. Final detail on the works and a pricing document are in preparation and will be issued to parties expressing interest. The initial requirement will be for works to be undertaken in the Easter break with the remainder through the school summer holidays. Works will be required to be completed for September 2018.
