The Council invites you to tender for a specialist asbestos surveying and analytical consultancy service, with the purpose to work in partnership with Dartford Borough Council and its Asbestos Management Plan to provide survey and analytical data, and directly supervise and monitor asbestos removal contractors, where appropriate, to various types of properties borough wide.
