Description

- NLP training will assist us in assessing the causes of stress and anxiety and equip us with the necessary skills to eradicate or eliminate these issues. It aims to reduce the negative and increase the positive.
- It will help us identify our resource burners.
- Being aware of our language choices will help us communicate more clearly, convincingly, and effectively. This will not only enable us to build relationships in a leadership role, but also enhance our presentation and public speaking capabilities.
- NLP provides tools, techniques, and principles that can be applied in various areas, such as leadership and coaching.
- NLP techniques such as mirroring and matching help to build rapport and maintain trust in personal and professional interactions.
- Learning the art of active listening will enable us to understand others' viewpoints, leading to more productive conversations and improved conflict resolution. Active listening will also help us to understand our team's needs, motivations and challenges allowing us to provide tailored support and guidance.
- NLP training provides strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges by reframing challenges as opportunities for development and growth.

At the end of this training course, delegates will be able to come across more confidently, to extend their business influence. They will be able to use Neuro-Linguistic Programming techniques effectively and become more productive. They will also be able to communicate and empower others.
We will be paying for 15 (or more) 'Flexi Passes' provided by The Knowledge Academy, which allow us to undertake the learning on any of the courses in the next six months (with classes running monthly). This would suit us best as we all have commitments and may not all be able to attend the same for days of facilitated delivery.
