This is a joint procurement conducted by Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond who have implemented a shared
staff structure. The Authorities will be entering into a joint contract with the successful tenderer and will manage the contract and monitor the
performance of the services jointly.The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
