Description

Suffolk County Council is seeking providers who are interested in delivering the care and support for a 23-year Male with a diagnosis of Learning Disability and Autism. Due to the handback from the current support provider there is a requirement for bidders to have a staffing team in place to be able to support imminently.

The new support provider would need to work closely with the current support provider, Havebury Housing, Social Work Services, the Contracts and Service Development Team and the customer and family during the implementation phase to ensure a smooth transition.

The deadline for submission of tenders is Thursday 28th February 2019 at 1.00pm. Bids submitted after this time will not be permitted and therefore not accepted.

The deadline for clarification questions is Wednesday 20th February at 5.30pm. Clarifications sent after this time will not be answered.
