Description
As part of the All Age Neurological pathway Rotherham Clinical Commissioning Group would like to commission a new Neurological Post Diagnostic Support Service to be based and operating in Rotherham. The service will support adults (18 plus) and provide a liaison service to support patients who have been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD by the RDaSH Rotherham All Age Neurological Pathway.
Rotherham's emerging Health and Wellbeing Strategy (2018 - 25) identifies the transformation of the offer made to people with autism and / or ADHD as a key priority to ensure children and adults with autism and / or ADHD get:
