Description
An experienced Contractor in the delivery of plumbing and mason work in bathrooms.
The Contractor shall ensure safe, proper, and efficient operation of the equipment, systems, installations and facilities; will maintain written records for all activities.
The Contractor should be flexible in their approach and can cope with changing environment processes, requirements and able to operate seamlessly during the whole duration of the contract.
The Contractor should be fully compliant with all contractual obligations, national, and international laws and with H&S and environmental requirements, as specified by the Authority and appropriate legislation.
The required scope of works and services include:
1. Plumbing and mason work in bathrooms.
2. Removal of the shower cabin, bathtub and toilet.
3. Removal of all floor tiles and wall tiles.
4. Installation of a wet room sealant and replacement of all broken tiles. Current floor is built on MDF therefore a new floor should be constructed.
5. New tiles placed.
6. Shower cabin built.
7. New shower installation.
