ACL have acquired a development site in Bath with the benefit of detailed planning consent for 9 residential units. 6 semi-detached units and 3 detached.
The scheme details can be found on the B&NES planning portal. The planning reference is 18/00548/FUL

ACL have appointed Mitchell Eley Gould to prepare an alternative scheme which improves the size, quality and overall development value of the development. Attached is the feasibility report prepared and issued to the B&NES planning department.
ACL now wish to appoint a Structural & Civil Engineer to support MEG with the development of a revised planning application and the full design information.
