Description

It is proposed that we instruct a company to project manange the fit out works by procuring all materials, goods, licenses, permissions and labour required to carry out the works.

The fit out works are necessary due to a recommendation by occupational Health Assessment carried out for an individual to create an enclosed office for them, due to the ongoing concerns around their health & wellbeing.

There is also another H&S concern surrounding a couple of individuals where they are finding it difficult to work in the open plan office, due to their need to use speech to text software to help keep them productive whilst they manage their RSI, and creating an additional cellular office space on the floor will help.

To help secure and zone further office spaces which will enable better control of external visitors into our office space, we are looking to install a collapsible wall in the Darwin area on one of the floors.

The project management company will manage the sub-contractor and the sub-contractual and physical aspects of the works.

Fit out works will include but are not limited to:

*Removal of existing glass partitions.
*Installation of new glazing and doors to form cellular offices.
*Make good surfaces (incl. manifestations to glazing).
*Mechanical and Electrical alterations to suit new arrangement.
*Installation of collapsible wall on one of the floors.
