Description

The purpose of this project is for the successful contractor to support the District Council in agreeing and delivering a 'schedule of evidence' that incorporates requirements of the District Council, Environment Agency and North Yorkshire County Council to apply for and secure both Land Drainage Consent and a bespoke Environmental Permit for the delivery of permanent works along Ings Beck and Gallow Syke. The successful contractor will act as the lead organisation on all issues relating to the production of evidence and documentation required to facilitate a valid application
