To replace:

Option 1 - The existing wood flooring (approx. 60m2) with New (colour range to choose /Confirm), including the removal / disposal of the existing & remedial works to the subfloor etc & supply/ installation of the new floor.

OR

Option 2 - The existing wood flooring (approx. 60m2) a commercial grade LVT, range to choose/Confirm, including the removal / disposal of the existing & remedial works to the subfloor including building up the floor to match levels into connecting areas etc & supply/ installation of the new floor.
