Description

The works comprise the adaptation and refurbishment of a 1970s small bungalow currently used as office storage to a small medical Health Centre. Includes and new external ramp and door opening, new DDA compliant WC and widening all internal doors for DDA access. New nurses and doctors sink in each consulting room new carpets and redecoration throughout. Updating and additional power points and replacement lighting :new call button system for doctors and nurse rooms The project will be contract administered by the project architect who will also undertake the role of Principal Designer .

The works are anticipated to take circa 6 -8 weeks and the contractor will be required to manage and coordinate all the works in a single contract package

The appointed contractor will take on the responsibility of Principal Contractor for the project.

Works are programmed to start in early October 2015
