Description

Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council (known as the 'Authority') undertook a procurement process for the provision of Healthwatch Leicester and Leicestershire (HWLL). Leicester City Council led theprocurement on behalf of the Authority. The local Healthwatch service is the creation of the Health and Social Care Act (2012) and is an independent local consumer champion for patients, service users, carers and allthose using health and social care services as well as the wider public.
