Additional details
-
Three year contract with the option to extend for a further two years.
Modification 1
Estimated total contract value has increased from £755,450 to £841,680 following a variation to extend the current system provision to the Adults disability, short breaks and domiciliary care service team at Lancashire County Council.
The additional services must be performed by the existing supplier as it would not be practicable to change suppliers at this stage due to interchangeability and interoperability reasons. As a recently procured solution that is fit for purpose, re-procuring this platform and potentially running two separate platforms for the same administrative purposes would create duplications in costs and resources.
Changing the supplier and the provision of service would involve substantial inconvenience to the Authority's ability to deliver services and a duplication of costs that have already be paid for an fit for purpose solution.
