THIS IS NOT A NEW AWARD

The Home Office awarded and signed a contract in January 2023 via the CCS Framework RM6208 (Debt Management Services). The procurement established a contract with a supplier for the provision of a comprehensive debt management and collection service. The scope of the contract included analytics, debt collection, enforcement and litigation, fraud and error, and consultancy services.
