Description

i4B Holdings Ltd requires a suitably qualified management agent (the Service Provider) to provide high quality housing management, repair, compliance and voids management services to its street side properties in Greater London, the Home Counties, Milton Keynes and the Vale of White Horse District. The portfolio would consist of 77 properties.

In addition to this, the Service Provider would be required to manage the freehold and communal areas of one small block of six properties, and one two-property flat conversion with a small communal area.

For the properties where the Service Provider is the primary management agent they shall be responsible for all aspects of housing management, financial management, legal proceedings where this relates to housing and property management functions, rent collection, repairs, compliance and void management. However, the Service Provider will not be required to identify tenants for these properties but are required to liaise with the Council's Housing Needs Team and to let properties swiftly.
