Description
Leeds City Council wishes to procure a Passenger Transport Solutions which will:
• manage and streamline the Passenger Transport support service provided by the Council
• reduce the amount of manual input and repeat-input of data and information that Council staff undertake and to facilitate as much information as possible to be input at source by Customers
• provide accurate and timely information to stakeholders
• provide effective reports on business use, financial and billing data
• populate the new system with data extracted from the current system where required
• support the Council's obligations to adhere to all current legislation relating to data and information and to manage any changes to this legislation as may occur from time to time.
