Description

The West Midlands Pension Fund sought support to clear an area of high volume processes relating to Leaver casework and has identified a sub set of leavers, where the member does not have any other active or non-active pension records or processes running on their record. As at 31 March 2018 the number of these cases totals 3,277. This casework dates back to pre-2014, and some relate to post 2014.
