Description
Public Health England (PHE) is an Executive Agency of the Department of Health (DH). The role/function of PHE is to protect and improve the nation's health. As part of the reconfiguration of the agency, PHE has initiated a number of Programmes to instigate and realise business Transformation. The PHE Science Hub Programme is 1 major change management programme being managed on behalf of PHE, the principle objective of the Programme is the creation of national public health science hub and headquarters facility.
The Science Hub wishes to invite potential providers to express an interest and participate in this Soft Market Test which will explore procurement opportunities to provide Personal Relocation Services and Outplacement and Additional Services to support and enable transition.
This notice covers 2 lots;
Lot 1 Personal Relocation Services - To manage and deliver the end-to-end process for relocating staff and their households.
Lot 2 Outplacement and Additional Services - To manage and deliver outplacement services to support staff in the organisation.

In addition to Personal Relocation and Outplacement and Additional Services, PHE is exploring services in relation to 'Business Resilience Support Services during Transformation'. To ensure we optimise the engagement opportunity a separate Prior Information Notice has been issued and further information will also be available on the PHE Bravo e-tendering Portal.
Please note, this notice will not lead to a contract award. The intention is to explore what goods/services are available and how these can fulfil PHE's requirements, with a view to lead to future procurement opportunities, more information on this including timescales will be provided as the Soft Market Test progresses.
