Description
Lot 1 is for a 10 year contract with an initial year delivered via a 3* gas contract (LGSRs and breakdowns) to circa 3 177 domestic properties that (subject to satisfactory performance) will become a 4* contract (LGSRs, breakdowns and boiler replacements) from years 2 to 10 during which time all boilers will be replaced. The contract could then be extended for a further 5 years from Year 10 on either a 3 or 4* basis.
Lot 2 is a 10-year contract for servicing and breakdown services to Origin's communal heating systems that comprise 16 commercial gas plant rooms. This contract also includes for the servicing and maintenance of ventilation systems, water booster and sewage pumps, heat stations, strainers, solar panels, dosing systems and unvented cylinders. The contract does not include installation of new commercial boilers.
