Southampton City Council (SCC) seeks to appoint a single specialist training provider to deliver Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberties training to Council staff. There are 3 levels of the course required and they will be repeated on a quarterly basis at venues within Southampton as arranged by SCC Learning and Development.
