Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified, competent Primary and Secondary Provider for carrying out statutory functions to evict unauthorised encampments and rough sleepers on Council land and land listed in the related High Court injunction obtained by the Council. The successful Primary Provider will respond by attending sites of incursions within 24 hours of notification from the Council. Where the Primary Provider is unable to attend the incursion within 24 hours they will duly notify the Council. The Council will then notify the Secondary Provider who will respond within 24 hours following notification from the Council.
