This task will aim to address Highways England's overall ambitions by considering the following outline questions:
• What additional data collection and relationships are needed to better manage and interpret earthwork performance going forward?
• How well are existing measures, constructed to mitigate geohazards, performing as intended, across the network?
• How well are convention earthworks performing and how will they continue to behave over the remainder of their design life, and beyond?
• What type of maintenance and proactive measures may be required, where and when, to successfully manage the network in future?
