The Contract is issued in relation to a Direct Award from YPO Framework Number 942 Managing Temporary and Permanent Recruitment in relation to Lot 1 - Manging Temporary Recruitment for Local Authorities which was procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
