Description
The objectives of this tender are to identify an organisation who can provide new Data Connectivity Services & Hardware to all of Alliance Homes locations and then provide a proactive managed service.
Alliance Homes is following the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, and bidders are referred to those Regulations.
The deadline for reciept of completed SSQ responses is 5pm on 28th April 2017.
Alliance Homes will score the SSQ's and invite a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 suppliers through to the second stage which will be evaluated on a most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) basis using both price and quality.

This tender is being conducted electronically through the Alliance Homes In-Tend portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/alliancehomes/aspx/Home). You should register on the portal (free of charge) selecting the relevant CPV codes and you will receive an email link when the tender documentation is available. If you register after the opportunity has gone live you can search the portal for opportunities and download the documents.
Tenders MUST be submitted electronically via the e-tendering portal. All required documents must be returned as electronic attachments to your submission via the portal. No tender documents should be sent in any other form or by any other means of delivery as they will not be accepted.
The Supplier Selection Questionnaire MUST be submitted no later than 5pm on Friday 28th April 2017, which is the fixed deadline for the submission of tenders. Tenderers must familiarise themselves with the operation of the portal and allow sufficient time for the uploading of required documents. Tenders submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Any Tender Submissions received after the times and dates noted in the tender documents will not be considered for acceptance by Alliance Homes.
