Brief Description of Requirement

Supply and Installation of Hybrid Flash and Prep HPLC Instrument

Fume enclosure. To be operated outside of a fume cupboard
Integrated ELSD. Controllable from software
Ability to switch from flash cartridges to stainless steel columns, without the need for re-plumbing
Quaternary gradient pump, capable of flow rates from 1-1250ml/min. Max pressure up to 50 bar, with the ability to use up to four different solvents at a time
Ability of taking flash cartridges from 4g to 1.6kg on the same system, without changing hardware or plumbing
Fraction collector accepting a varied size range of collection tubes and vessels
Diode array UV detector capable of scan and single wavelength modes, UV range 200-600nm
Ability to monitor signal and collect fractions on UV, ELSD or any combination of these detectors
Automated injection value for liquid or solid samples
Ethernet ready
Solvent level monitoring
