Description

CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of servicing, maintenance and repair of passenger lifts (currently 27) located at various premises and developments throughout Essex.

The required service will comprise of scheduled routine servicing and maintenance, responsive callouts and repairs (emergency and non-emergency, 24-hour 365 days a year), as well as remedial works. The Supplier shall have systems in place to ensure resolution of all issues, faults and problems upon first visit where possible, as well as capability to attend to all emergency callouts within the specified timeframes.
