A summary of the high-level requirements and a pre-engagement questionnaire will be made available to suppliers who express an interest via email. Interested parties must register their interest by 9th February 2016.
Please note that due to venue restrictions no more than two delegates per supplier shall be admitted.
As per the Public Contract Regulations (2015), Highways England are keen to minimise barriers and facilitate greater access to this opportunity by SMEs by allowing suppliers to form consortia which will enable them to provide full coverage of the required services in a given lot.
