Description
Coventry University is a growing institution with an ambitious corporate plan for the future. To support this plan, more and more buildings are going under refurbishment and more facilities are going to be added to the university. Coventry University Group is committed to utilizing the latest technologies and to the implementation of Building Information Modelling on all capital projects and fully supports its collaborative working to achieve effective and efficiently designed, constructed and managed projects. The Estates DIS and BIM teams work with the wider project team to achieve the benefits of an integrated BIM process. We will comply with best practice policies and standards.
Coventry University are looking to source a comprehensive Common Data Environment system which will need to be able to support a number of functionalities and processes. The absence of any of the following features listed below would impede the University's objectives for this project and as such we are unable to consider any bids which do not support these.
The system being proposed must provide the following modular features as a minimum:
- Hosting of projects and users
- Project tracking based on RIBA Plan of work 2013
- Data Import/Export and Data Verification
- Model Viewer
- Asset Management and COBie Workbook
- Document Management
- Transmittal and Notifications
- Review & Approval Workflows
- Archiving and retrieval of data including emails
- Reporting functionalities
- Integration with existing systems
