This opportunity is to support Worcestershire County Council (WCC) with the disposal of its former County Hall site. We are seeking a suitable experienced Chartered Surveying Commercial Agent to assist us in taking the site to market, including obtaining pre-application advice before marketing.

The site is a 21.97-acre (8.89-hectare) site comprising approximately 215,000 sq. ft GIA of buildings, located on the edge of Worcester City. The site adjoins a Local Nature Reserve and Ancient Woodland and benefits from good motorway access.

We believe this is an ideal site for a residential-led development, with the potential for alternative uses on part of the site, subject to market testing.
