Description

The works comprise of the conversion of dormitory style accommodation arrangements into modern single occupant bedrooms within the Ashfield and Heathlands Wards at Parkview with the attendant upgrade of all electrical and mechanical services feeding the wards. In addition, the works include a physical extension to the Heathlands Ward. The works are to be undertaken in Sections.
