Description
The Council is seeking an operator to run the Caravan Park at Elvaston Castle Country Park.
Elvaston Castle and Estate is situated approximately 6.5 km southeast of Derby City Centre. The Estate is a much loved public greenspace with an estimated 360,000 thousand visitors coming every year.
The Premises is to be used as a touring caravan and camp site, with seasonal use between March and November.
