ii) Digital advertising and community management
Digital advertising and community management is content generation and boosting on paid-for social media channels such as Youtube and Facebook, and on DfE's 'owned' free channels such as Linked-In.

Teaching Vacancies is a free national job listing service for state schools in England to post teaching, leadership and support roles; its aim is to help schools save money on recruitment advertising.
Launched April 2019, Teaching Vacancies is a relatively new digital service and to date has made good progress: over 80% of schools are signed up to use the service, and on average 200k jobseekers visit the service a month, rising to c350k during peak recruitment periods. Last year the service saved schools an estimated £9m.
