Description

The refurbishment of the two cottages to a quality standard which would make them ready to let on the open market. This refurbishment would include such elements as stripping out redundant fixtures and fittings, an electrical rewire, a new heating and hot water system (electrical), new kitchen and bathroom, minor carpentry works, plastering, insulating the loft, minor structural remedial repairs, new floor coverings and decoration throughout.
