Description

The Ministry of Health and Population in Nepal is looking for a supplier of self care kits which include the following domestic/personal care items: plastic bucket, plastic basin, plastic mug, short plastic stool, nail cutter, soap for washing, cotton towels, a printed information sheet and adjustable sandals. The supplier will need to make up the kits containing the correct numbers of all items and deliver them packaged as kits, ready to use.
Crown Agents Limited, as leader of the consortium managing ASCEND, now invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified bidders to receive the tender documents in order to bid to supply these items for Ministry of Health and Population in Nepal.
The Contract will be for a period of approximately 7 months. Delivery will be required on a DDP basis in three equal consignments, the first of which is to arrive by 1 April 2021.
This is an open competition under which bids are invited from any organisation. Bidders may be commercial (for profit) firms, faith-based, and non-profit organisations, either independently or in partnership or consortia.

The deadline for expression of interest in receiving the ITB is Tuesday 16th February 2021 at 12pm GMT. Late expressions of interest will be rejected. The ITB will be issued shortly after this date.
Bids will be evaluated in accordance with procedures and evaluation criteria described in the ITB. The successful bidder will be invited to negotiate and sign a contract based on terms set out in the ITB.
