Description

Selby District Council (the Council) is looking to procure printing and distribution services as set out below for the Annual Canvass in 2018 and 2019 and the Local and Parish Elections that will take place in 2019. The requirement will be to cover these events and any other elections that are called between 16 July 2018 and 31 December 2019.

Services:

The production of documents required for elections and electoral registration administered by Selby District Council Electoral Services Section.
1. Ballot Papers - Printing of ballot papers.
2. Postal Vote Stationary - Printing of postal vote statement and instructions for postal voters including outer envelope, return envelope and ballot paper envelope for postal votes.
3. Corresponding Numbers List (CNL) - printing of CNL.
4. Poll Cards - Printing of poll cards, proxy poll cards and postal poll cards.
5. Register of Electors - Printing of registers and polling station registers.
6. HEF Canvass Forms - Printing of initial, reminder and final reminder forms, to also include outer envelope, return envelope and leaflet.
7. ITR Canvass Forms - Printing of initial, reminder and doorstep canvass forms to also include outer envelope and return envelope.
8. Household Notification Letter (HNL) - printing of HNL letters, to include outer envelope.
