Description

Proposed construction and landscaping works for Sydney Gardens, Bath. The general scope of the Main Works Contract will cover Demolition (Bowls Club - a prefabricated building and associated hard surfaces); Ground Works (grading of land to form new levels and foundations and installation of drainage and services); Construction of a new building (Café); Refurbishment of two existing buildings (Community Pavilion - strip out modern toilets, reconfigure, build extension and The Bothy - strip out, break through openings, refit and create hard surface external yard); Play and Sport (an extensive new play area and refurbishment of existing tennis courts); and Landscaping (extensive hard and soft landscaping within a public park environment).
