Description

ACL are working with South Glos Council to prepare a detailed planning application for a development site in Frenchay. The site is 0.89 Ha is size and located within a residential area of North Bristol. South Glos have held the site for several years and allocated it as a school site. With the recent redevelopment of the former Frenchay Hospital a site for a 420-place primary school site has now come forward so allowing this site to be used for residential redevelopment.

The scope of this appointment will be the following:

• Civils design for all estate roads and infrastructure
• Foul and surface water design for the roads and homes
• Site Investigation survey for the site to include contamination, ground investigation and infiltration (Please specify if you are using a sub consultant for these services)
• Foundation and frame design for residential units
