Description

Cheshire West and Chester Commissioning Places Service wish to procure a Contract Management System (CMS) to aid with the data, contract and spend analysis. The CMS will provide an 'end to end' solution covering the full contract lifecycle. To assist both the Procurement and Contract Management Teams a reporting suite is required containing both a number of standard 'off the shelf' reports and the ability to create bespoke reports.
