Description

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is looking to a procure a web based solution to manage and maintain procedures and guidance within the Children's Services Department.
The system will be updated when statutory guidance changes, legislation changes and local processes change.
The frequency of update is expected to be twice a year.
The system needs to have some form of version control to keep track of the changes.
The system will be used by Council Staff and Professionals and help improve the consistency of the service.
The system must allow the Public to view the latest procedures online.
