Description

PharmOutcomes is a web-based clinical record management system for the delivery of community pharmacy services. It allows Pharmacies to capture the number of consultations provided and reports these directly to the commissioner monthly for payment and raises individual pharmacy invoices. It also works as a clinical record system for the pharmacy to fulfil their requirement to keep patient records.
