Description

The Project aims to deliver an 8-storey (lower ground floor to sixth floor) development consisting of one hundred and six (106) apartments at a site located on Russell Hill Road, Purley, London. The site is in close proximity to Purley rail station and Purley War Memorial Hospital and aims to regenerate the site to provide a pleasant living environment for both new and existing residents.

The Project has achieved planning permission and aims to deliver 106 units of which 47 are one-bedroom, 44 are two-bedroom, and 15 are three-bedroom units. The scheme consists of 1 block with associated services, landscaping, cycle storage and car parking areas. The Project will deliver a play space as well as planting and hard landscaping.
