Description

The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) is seeking to procure a healthcare cash plan accessible to all employees across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The Fund recognises that keeping our people healthy improves our effectiveness and makes the Fund a better place to work. Therefore, as part of our benefits package we wish to offer a healthcare cash plan that offers a wide range of health benefits for employees and their families.

The current contract is due to end on 31 May 2022, and we require the replacement scheme to be available to employees to claim against from 1st June 2022. The aim is to have the contract in place in early April 2022 to allow time to get employees set up on the scheme and process payroll changes by the end of May 2022.
