Description

North East Leadership Academy (NELA) are looking for a provider to deliver an ILM 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme, in order to develop Accredited Coaches in the North East NHS.

NELA anticipate that they will run one cohort in the 12 month period from the award of this contract. Potentially there may be an opportunity within the 12 month time scale of this contract to introduce an additional cohort.

The cohort will consist of 25 delegates per 5 day programme, with a 3 month break between Module 1 and Module 2.
