Description

We use technical leadership and management skills providers alongside our technical and specialist flood, waste, water and enforcement consultants to deliver training programmes. An example of this partnership is with one of our current leadership providers working directly with a waste regulation consultancy to prepare our waste officers to attend waste sites and carry out audit and inspection.

The current framework has also been used to develop a number of accredited and industry respected programmes. These programmes involve our providers across the current lot structure to work with each other to develop a programme which is made up of a number of courses from across the disciplines.

The Environment Agency Learning Management System - Learning Zone offers providers the opportunity to consider alternative delivery methods which have not previously been explored.
The initial duration of the framework is two years, with an option to extend for a further two year period (total maximum duration four years).
In this requirement we wish to identify high quality suppliers who are able to provide a range of learning and development services to support them in delivering the organisations corporate objectives.

This framework covers the provision of development activities at foundation and advanced levels in the areas of:

• Leadership and Management development,
• Personal Effectiveness and
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
