Description

Project/s to support the development of Locality Estates Plans, including Scoping and Development of a Strategic Outline Case. To include assessing the known future development of major housing sites in the area, including phasing, and ensuring adequate capacity of provision. The work will need to consider maximising the utilisation of existing sites, reducing the occupation of functionally unsuitable buildings, minimising empty space and \"void\" costs, and maximising disposal opportunities, etc. This project is being commissioned by Central Bedfordshire Council in partnership with BCCG.
